Before you can request for the audition, please make sure (ask your parents if you don’t know) that you have paid and registered for the club annual membership. The membership only needs to be registered once for the 2025-2026 season.

This form should be completed by all students who need to audition to play at our concerts.  Students who are exempted from auditioning should fill out the Performance Request Form.

Submission Deadline: Two weeks before concert performance. Audition applications are to continue with using the online only video submission at this time. Students would have submitted an audition application for the concert are not required to submit a performance application.
